Who we are

Herb Immortal Inc. runs herbimmortal.ca, TheAHI.si and HerbImmortal.org. We have offices in Canada and India. This page explains in plain language what personal information we collect on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

Contact and investor enquiries: your name, email address, organization, the type of enquiry and your message.
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up for updates.
Basic site use: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used, including anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, and they set analytics cookies only after you give consent, and contact enquiries and newsletter sign-ups are processed by our email service providers to reply to you and, for the newsletter, to confirm your subscription by email before we send updates.

How we use it

To reply to your message or enquiry.
To send you updates, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the website secure and working properly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and send email, and where the law requires it. Your information is stored in Canada. If you are a user in India, your information is stored in India.

Health information

This website is for information only and is not medical advice. Please do not send personal health details through the contact form. If you use TheAHI.si, please read the information shown there about how your information is handled.

Where it is stored, how we protect it and how long we keep it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent, including unsubscribing from emails. Email founder@herbimmortal.com or use our Contact page and we will respond.

Our approach

We handle personal information in line with the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA): we ask for consent, collect only what we need, and use it only for the purpose we told you.
